Retainer : $5,000 to $25,00

*Legal is in court testimony or deposition as an expert witness.

Travel Expenses are paid by invoice in addition to all other fees and costs (door to
door) – including rental cars, lodging, meals, tolls and parking. IRS published rules for
mileage apply.

Minimum daily rate for business "out of town" starts at $2,500
per day Fees for all other services will be agreed upon on a case by case basis.
